Paul Storr Solid Silver Hallmarked Antique Letter Opener, made by the most renowned English silversmith Paul Storr London c.1820. A solid silver hallmarked Paper knife of the very finest quality. A rare and very beautiful piece of Georgian silver, made by the distinguished and very collectable Royal silversmith Paul Storr. Although the hallmarks are (mostly) polished out, the important PS mark for Paul Storr remains. A very rare and wonderful gift. We have repaired and restored the silver handle and replaced the old blade. Space for engraving a personal message on the blade. Please note this is a two hundred year old knife, and although restored, will still show age related use. Size L. 22cm. Paul Storr information
