A rare and beautifully crafted hand-hammered solid silver wine taster, made in London, 1935 by the celebrated silversmith Henry George (H.G.) Murphy of the Falcon Studio.
This fine example of Murphy’s work features a distinctive pierced “Tree of Life” handle, a design closely associated with his Arts & Crafts and early modernist style. The bowl is hand-hammered throughout, giving it a subtle textured finish that highlights the craftsmanship.
