The rings we had looked at in high street jewellers were nowhere near the weight and quality of this one, and more expensive. We were so pleased to support a small independent business. 24 hours after ordering a 1939 napkin ring shown on the website, it arrived, already engraved as requested, by special post. It looks very attractive, and is beautifully packaged. I had rung on the previous day with a query about engraving and spoke to an informative and friendly lady, who also advised me to order it by special delivery to beat the mail chaos for Xmas.
